2026 6 MPV Sales Rankings Released

In 2026 6, domestic MPV sales figures were released. The top five models included the Denza D9, Voyah Dreamer, Buick GL8, GAC Trumpchi M8, and Toyota Sienna. Specifically, the Denza D9 sold 6952 units (including 1994 all-electric versions), the Voyah Dreamer sold 6926 units (including 969 all-electric versions), the Buick GL8 sold 6393 units (including 3612 PHEV versions), the GAC Trumpchi M8 sold 6075 units, and the Toyota Sienna sold 6037 units.

From 1 to 6, Denza D9 sales rose month over month. In 6, it sold 6952 units, up 13% from the previous month. The primary driver was the launch of the new model, especially the all-electric Denza D9 EV. The EV version sold 1994 units in 6, compared to just 904 units in 5.

The Fengon Dreamer sold 6 units in 6926, an increase of nearly 40% compared to 5.

Buick GL8 series sales totaled 6393 units, with 3612 units being the PHEV version and only 2781 units for the fuel-based mild hybrid. Looking solely at Buick GL8 PHEV sales, since month 1 in recent years, sales have shown a slight upward trend over the past six months. In contrast, sales of the fuel-based mild hybrid model have declined month by month.

Buick's all-new energy vehicle MPV, the Zhijing Shijia Series, shows a clear downward trend. January sales were 3154 units; 3 saw 2520 units, but 6 dropped to just 938 units.

In the MPV segment, Sienna continues to command strong market presence. With 6 sales of 6037 units in 6, it ranked fifth for the month. However, overall trends in the first half of this year show a decline in Sienna's sales. In 1, Sienna sold 9133 units and held the top spot; by 3, sales dropped to 7738 units; in 4, they fell further to 6542 units; and in 5, sales reached just 7479 units. Facing competition from domestic Chinese MPVs, Sienna's market share is under increasing pressure.

The Wey Gaoshan series MPV sold 4920 units in 6, showing a downward sales trend. Although the new Gaoshan 7 SUV was launched, its market impact remains unclear due to the short time since release.

As Huawei HarmonyOS's first premium MPV, the Luxeed V9 sold 6 units in 3818 month, ranking 8. Its market potential remains to be further validated.

Zeekr 009 saw a significant sales surge in 6, with a 85% increase compared to 5, reaching 2843 units. The sharp rise in Zeekr 009 sales is mainly attributed to the launch of the upgraded Zeekr 009 2026. After the new Zeekr 0095 hit the market, monthly sales jumped rapidly from 483 units in 4 to 1536 units in 5. Based on current market sales data and user interest, Zeekr 009 sales are expected to continue growing.

The GAC Trumpchi E8 PHEV sold 2149 units in 6, a 42% increase from the previous month. This growth was driven by the launch of the new GAC Trumpchi E8 PHEV, which features significant upgrades in exterior design, interior functionality, and materials.

Excluding the above, the newly launched Arcfox Wenda V9 sold 1522 units, showing strong performance. The Galaxy V9 had only 434 units sold in 00, falling far short of expectations. Meanwhile, the Leapmotor D9, which went on sale in 6, achieved sales of 327 units; its potential remains to be validated by users.
